		<description>Well, I guess you&#039;re right that &lt;em&gt;in practice&lt;/em&gt; these elements are simply replaced, but nonetheless they&#039;re not the same, they &lt;em&gt;should not&lt;/em&gt; be used except for semantic emphasis.</description>

It&#039;s generally not replaceable with the &lt;code&gt;em&lt;/code&gt; element, as &lt;code&gt;strong&lt;/code&gt; is no replacement for &lt;code&gt;b&lt;/code&gt;, either. It&#039;s just visualized the same way.</description>
